	Note that Division\Brigade\Regiment designations for 
the infantry counters are color coded in the infantry symbol
as yellow\red\green respectively (for both sides). Blue is 
cavalry.
	Note also that if the name of a town/village is colored
reddish-brown or yellow, it may figure in the victory conditions
depending on the scenario. An orange diamond in the bottom-left
of a town/village hex signifies a County control seat.
	I have also added a modified version of scenario #3 
"Meade moves North". This modification is found on Ed Beach's
website and incoporates some balance provisions suggested after
tournament play. The three files involved are all called
